As we enter the third week of Ipê City, the energy here is unmistakable. Between knowledge-sharing, new friendships, and the unique experience of co-living, the Ipê Architects are in full swing, turning bold ideas into real projects.

Who are the Ipê Architects? They’re the full-time builders committed to staying in Ipê City for the entire month, pitching their visions, applying for grants, and making things happen. Their mission is not just to imagine new solutions, but to build and test them right here, side by side.

The big moment is just around the corner. On May 17, at the Techno-Optimist Unconference, these builders will step into the spotlight to share what they’ve been working on - from tools and systems to entire new frameworks. But it’s more than a demo day; it’s an open invitation for anyone who wants to support, invest, collaborate, or simply imagine new ways of existing.

Ipê Community App
Your central hub for all things Ipê City. Built by Christian and Mihkel (plus all yapp builders), the Community App lets you claim your passport, follow projects, connect with fellow members, and launch or transact on-chain-all in one place.

Beer Tap
Christian, Mihkel and George are automating the beer experience at Founder Haus. Pay online and, once verified, the tap unlocks for you-making it easy to enjoy a cold drink with no hassle.

Ipê Ramp Center
Julia’s Ramp Center bridges the gap between blockchain and traditional banking. It helps users discover and connect with crypto ramp providers worldwide, making financial transitions smoother and more accessible.

Ipê Mind Tree
Led by Stéfano, Matheus, and Jason, Ipê Mind Tree is a digital platform for sharing ideas, projects, and resources. It’s designed to spark innovation and foster collaboration across the Ipê City community.

Regenerative Governance Platform | Prototyping Sessions
The ReGen Haus team are reimagining governance. Through weekly sessions, they’re building a platform that encourages regenerative behavior, integrating identity, resource management, and education.

FlukeBase
FlukeBase connects entrepreneurs, mentors, and coaches, making it easier to form new business partnerships and manage legal contracts seamlessly.

Unlocking the Door With Ipê Passport
Felipe and Mihkel are working to make access to Founder Haus simple and secure. With the Yodl App and Ipê Passport, architects will be able to unlock the main door during work hours-no keys needed.

Poker Rewards
Eric’s Poker Rewards project makes game night easy. A shared wallet handles bets and payouts automatically, so you can focus on the game.

Pull-up Record in Founders Haus
Also from Eric, this project brings a bit of friendly competition to the community. A trustless, witnessed leaderboard keeps track of pull-ups records and encourages everyone to join in.

Daily Lunch
Mihkel’s Daily Lunch app streamlines lunch registration and payments at Founder Haus, making it easy for everyone to gather and connect over a meal.

Resilient Edu
Led by Diogo Jorge, Resilient Edu is a learn-to-earn platform connecting rural apprentices with global peers and planetary cycles, building skills and resilience through collaborative learning.

JUNO 🐾/acc
Paloma Lecheta and her team’s JUNO project puts play and well-being at the center of community life. By rewarding people for playing with Juno, the Founders Haus border collie, the initiative encourages movement, joy, and real-world connection-all tracked on-chain and rewarded with tokens.

Time Climb
Jason’s Time Climb lets you tokenize your time, turning hours into tradable assets. Set your own rates, define your services, and let others invest in what you do best.

Ipê Token with Valocracy
Anna and the Weever Team are making sure contributions and true value counts in governance systems. Valocracy recognizes and values many types of participation, bringing fairness and transparency to collaborative work in Ipê City.
