As a resident, you’ll be responsible for booking your own hotel or Airbnb accommodations. We strongly recommend choosing a place near Founder Haus in Jurerê Internacional, ideally within a maximum 10-minute walk.

This stunning beachfront neighborhood is known for its high-end resorts and exceptional private management, ensuring top-notch maintenance, security, and amenities.

The main hub and coworking space for our community is Founder Haus, located at Av. dos Merlins, 156.

🏡 ReGen Haus Availability: 
There are also spots available at ReGen Haus, located just 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from Founder Haus. There are 3 to 5 spots available for renting and living in the Haus, providing a unique community experience.
